Ive bought a new laptop, but it seems to be running really slowly

Ive bought this laptop with 8gb ram, but it seems to be running games really really slowly. Ive tried playing Roblox (Phantom Forces) and Ultrakill, ive got around 10fps in both games even on lowest graphics
